Rato is the streetwise rat of the memeverse, a sharp-eyed underdog with an urban, hustling attitude and one of Matt Furie's newer creations. He debuted with a contract at the 0xf8 address, and interest picked up after Furie's editor teased a forthcoming book built around 'Rato the Rat.' The character leans into grit, wit and the scrappy energy of the crypto underground, and $RATO runs on that same resilience. With a book still on the way, his story is genuinely early. Gasspas, the cat, plays the villain to his hero.
