Draggy is a dragon from Matt Furie's 'The Night Riders,' the same comic that gave us Hoppy, alongside characters like Wat and Flappy. $DRAGGY launched in 2024 and rode the Year of the Dragon, standing out with a focus on charity and a deliberately positive, anti-FUD community. By June 2024 it had hit new highs and picked up the nickname 'the dragon that flies.' Its team backed the good-vibes framing with real gestures, including hospital book donations. It made its name as a character coin that tried to point some of the attention outward.
